£40 an hour, billed by the half hour
Random asks, bigger changes, something you've seen elsewhere. A quick job is £20. Always quoted before I start.
Monthly add-ons have no minimum term, so you can drop them with a month's notice. One-off work is paid when it's done and you're happy with it. No VAT to add.
