Questions builders ask me

I get most of my work from word of mouth. Why bother?
Word of mouth still gets checked. People who've been recommended you look you up before they ring, and a proper site with your recent jobs is what turns that into a call.
Can you show planning or building regs work?
Yes. If you handle drawings, planning or building control for customers, that gets its own section. It's a big reason people pick one builder over another.
How is this different from Checkatrade?
